Pierre Ochsenbein has more than four years of experience in system and network administration, while he carried responsibilities and practiced skills learned during his studies, in particular project management as well as creation and evolution of IT infrastructure. He is specialized in creation of virtualized environments with VMware vSphere and with Oracle technologies. Pierre Ochsenbein has solid basis in MySQL technologies and Oracle technologies (DBA Essentials, Backup & Recovery and Linux). Prior to joining dbi services, he was system and network administrator at Sogefigroup - Engine Systems (FR) - and he participated in various migration projects (IP Migration, Domain Active Directory, and Email migration). Pierre Ochsenbein holds a degree of Corporate Network Chief Administrator and a Certificate of Professional Qualification as corporate network administrator of CESI in Strasbourg (FR). His branch-related experience covers: industry, automotive sector, engineering, transport & logistics.

Recently at a customer I was confronted with a problem of restarting the Oracle Database 12c automatically on a Windows Server 2008 R2 x64.
