Thomas Rein has thirty years of experience in managing Oracle projects and their infrastructures. He is specialized in Oracle technologies such as performance optimization and tuning, standardization, backup & recovery, high availability solutions such as Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard and Oracle Grid Infrastructure. He is also experienced in the Oracle middleware stack areas: Weblogic Server, Oracle Identity Management (IDM), Forms Reports Services (PFRD) and SOA. Prior to joining dbi services he was CTO for the Oracle stack of h+r AG Kreuzlingen and CEO of h+r GmbH Pforzheim. His industry experience includes the areas of medical technology, automotive, logistics, pharmaceuticals, retail and public administration.

Migrate Windows VM with more than 4 Disks from VMware to OVM
